Hlub 2012 was a great experience ... 1) Breakfast, lunch, and dinner with the girls all week long. 2) Got to see the Manty youth. They're such precious people! 3) This year, I actually didn't get a hlub shirt. I regret it now, but oh well! 4) Literally had a near death experience because of a flap of meat!!! I thought I was going to die right in the cafeteria! No joke, man. haha. 5) Met a lot of new people. That's the cool thing about hlub ... you get to meet a whole new generation! haha. 6) Really got to see the love in the youth. Glad the girls got to hang with the guys! 7) Saw all sides of the girls' personalities this past week. Some girls are just so scary! hahah. 8) Loved getting to see the sunrise/sunset while driving... 9) All the long & crazy walks were so worth it in the end. Super toned legs now. haha. kidding. 10) Stepped on a still-hot cigarette bud at a rest area coming back. Bad time to be barefoot, forreals. 11) Took lots of pretty pictures! yay! 12) Got "I Once Was Lost" for freeeee! Thumbs up for free books! I'm excited to read it. :)
Nothing ever compares to the first time, but I still enjoyed it. :)

I feel like everyone traveling up toward Wheaton saw the windmills. They're so cool lookin' but at the same time, they're kinda scary.
Nothing but fields and fields of windmills! The question is ... what do they do?!
.... now onto the rest of my summer!
- Went out shopping with my bros ... SO glad that the malls weren't as busy today! :) The new Forever21 is hugeeee! I didn't even know where to begin. It's like a mile walk all the way to the back. haha. jk. :) Love it though. It's all glammed and glittery. :)
- One Direction! Been listening to their album lately. They're so cute ... ha ha ha. I'm not "fan girl" craaaazy though. They're like the new Backstreet Boys except without all the dancing. It's good that they don't have "practiced" dances though. It looks .... um, not good, in my opinion. :)
- Finally got to the 'packing' part for hlub. It's become more of a hassle than something fun for me mainly because ... I don't want to do it. haha. Just laundry tomorrow .. then I'll get everything stuffed in! ha ha ha! It only looks messy now, but trust me! It'll be clean by the time I leave for hlub. :)
- Ever heard of the Bath & Body Works "Ocean" lotion for men? Got it today for my brother for his buuuuurthday! Smells like some real good cologne. ;) Reeeeal good, maybe too good.

Thankful Weekend: Eating pho on this rainy Sunday. Thankful for the rain which brought cool weather. Thankful for all this weekend food. My iPod - listened to good music and blocked out this world for a bit. ;)
This coming week should be great! Gonna do a couple shopping trips with my brother and/or mom. Then lots of laundry, then packing! :) Also, movie night with the dad's at church for "Father's Day". :)

I wish I was a spontaneous girl ... or I wish I had a spontaneous friend. ;) I think I need new friends. ;) We could just go do crazy things out of the blue .... like ride a hot air balloon or go to the zoo! Something out of the ordinary!

- Finally gettin' to practice my driving! :D It was so much fun! I love the beginning of my driving experience. ;)
- My first time trying "Chobani" greek yogurt today. Pretty good and healthy!
- Got Pang's little sewing machine! Excited to start sewing DIY's. :)
- Marathon of "Friends" with my sister all day long. It never fails to make me laugh.
