Feels like I have so much to do.
A girl today told me that I should start applying for colleges .... but I don't want to. I want to go to college, but I just do not like the process at all! I haven't even taken my SAT's yet. :( I need to before I can do anything else. :P And on top of all this college and scholarships stuff, I still have to deal with school and trying to pass all my classes while working at Bruster's and while working as an officer with the youth.
I guess I'm just counting my problems now.
I think it's time I go make myself a to-do list. :)
Then Jesus said, "Come to me all who are weary and carry heavy burdens and I will give you rest."
Matthew 11:28

A lot of people come by to buy ice cream. Some come and go, but there are some that I just remember so clearly!
There was this little boy dressed in his Sunday best. Him, his little sister, and his grandma, I assume, which he called, "Nana." Adooooorable little boy and girl. He wore a pendant ... one that said "Student Council" on it ... I assume he's from the same school as my little brother. He was a beautiful golden tan color and his eyes were a beautiful green! You know how when you look at kids ... and you can just tell that he or she's going to be real attractive when he or she grows up? He was one of those kind of kids! haha. :)
A really pretty girl came up to the window. Her hair was pretty long. She had full face makeup on and wore a white blazer with jeans and blue suede heels. I think she got Cotton Candy Explosion in a cup. Anyway, when I went to bring her change back to her, I couldn't help but overhear her saying that she'll be playing a part in the upcoming movie of The Hunger Games .... we talked a little bit and it was pretty awesome! haha.
There were these three British men that I absolutely enjoyed! Sounds weird ... but they were so funny and they lit up my night! One was really tall, one had somewhat long hair, and the other wore glasses. They asked for a banana split and for a split second I couldn't understand because of their accent. "A ba-nah-nah splet.." "I'm sorry. What was that?" "A ba-nah-nah splet.." "Ohhh! A banana split?!" "yeah, BANANA!" haha. They were real funny about it. Made me laugh. Then when I brought it to 'em, they took a picture with the banana split. haha. They're in town for the race that's supposed to be happening this weekend and they're all the way from England! Pretty neat.
I haven't written in a long time and it's nice to jot things down again. :)

Made colorful chocolate pancakes today and they were gooood aaaaaaand I got to run today and that was good, too.
After reflecting on this night, I really want to tell that man that what he said to me was very encouraging! Of course, at the time, all I could say was, "Thank you!" Seriously, God places people in your lives - even for a split second - for a reason! What a great God we have and blessed are those that do not turn away because of Him!
.... the best part of my job is meeting new people each day. :) I loveee it! I dread having to go there but when I'm there, I like it. :)
