Since I haven't really been working, I've been spending my time trying to hone in on my morning routine. I love waking up and setting the tone for the day with a diffuser blend ... mostly peppermint or citrus ones!
We celebrated the Chief's victory in the Super Bowl -- I'm so proud to say that I was a KC native for a little while. Ha!

I've been working on trying to make the perfect coffee and I think I've found it. I've been frothing oat milk and adding it in and it tastes SO good.

I've been spending a ton of time in the kitchen. These are my mother-in-laws cookie recipe and they are a real treat, you guys. Add pecans in them and it's such a fun twist.
I always joke that my areas are reflective of my life. Ha...kinda true...or maybe I'm literally not as organized as I think I am.

We found Shepherd sitting on our chair like this and thought it was hilarious as he rarely gets up there! It's been enjoyable having him to keep us company.
My family stopped by for a super quick pit-stop. It was incredibly refreshing!
