Happy July 4th, friends! Hope you all enjoyed the fireworks and time with your loved ones. Ever since our move, we've been meaning to get Shepherd out on more hikes, but haven't researched in any of them. Our family decided that this would be a good weekend to go on a hike so Shepherd was finally able to come along! He loved it, guys!
xoxo.
Hello June! June has been rather eventful. We started to venture out again, stores were slowly opening, and we finally filled our shopping urges (so many packages have been delivered to our place since everything started). June was a month of pure un-motivation in a lot of areas. To put it plainly, I was so tired both physically and mentally. Unsure why but I'm thankful I'm out of that little phase there.
Jeff and I celebrated 3 years of marriages this month. It will never get old how fast time flies, but I'm so excited to be in this place with Jeff. Things only get more exciting and fun from here on out. ;)
The rare case with all of us together at once. Thankful for my sister in laws!
We took a quick trip to Kansas and got to see everyone for a short minute. Nonetheless, it was fun to see all the places Jeff and I used to go and drive through. We talked a lot about old memories and how life would have been so different had we stayed a little longer. Shepherd finally had some friends to play with!
My favorite people!
My mother in law helping me hem my jeans! These moments are forever embedded in my heart.
Here's a fortune from when we went out to eat. It's truly my desire to be able to stay at home with my family when the time comes and I want to be able to do that while still being able to have a source of income from home. More on this later.
What a weekend looks like for us -- lots of eating! I can't escape it! But it's been fun though because Yengy and Phoua have been in town to visit and it's truly the best having a little boy running around the house. On this day, we made tacos for the fam and it was so good. Never regretful!
My mom and dad on Father's Day! My parents love Mexican food so the family ordered Mexican to-go and they enjoyed it. I simply watched from afar through Marco Polo, but it's still better than anything I'm able to do currently. I miss them so much! Look at all those grandkids!
The first half of the year is going by so quick, I can barely catch my breath. As I'm currently writing this in June, I'm so excited that plans are finally being had. People are finally getting out of the house and going places and stores/restaurants are opening again! With that said, May was a whole lot of sitting around and finding things to do per usual. I managed to actually get a lot of nothing done. Lol. What are the odds there!
May felt like a never ending circle, but alas, here we are. I'm telling y'all -- God was doing something in the midst and I clearly didn't know it, yet. Will definitely share with you guys as time comes! With that said, not much else to update from the month of May.

I bought this dress as a means of expanding my dress collection and trying new styles, but this just didn't work for my body type/shape. It was adorable though!
Making fawm kauv for a Sunday picnic with our people here! It was so fun!
Coffee per usual.
Lots of photoshoots because there was nothing else to do. Rach had just gotten her camera and we were lucky enough to get a few shots in!
My cute cute nephew!!!
Mom on Mother's Day with all her gifts. We all pitched in for a starter kit for her! She loves them oils!
And Mother's Day celebrations at the Her home. We made a huge crawfish broil and had a fun spread on the table. It was a lot of fun! We gifted my mother in law with a cast iron pan and it's the best!
A quick recap of the month, but small little things worth remembering.
xoxo!
